"Songs From The Cellar" 13 part half hour Music Series featuring Host/Singer Songwriter Phil Vassar 2018. [Executive Consultant in charge of PBS Broadcast Series] Phil Vassar completed his underground wine cellar at his estate built in 1929 and filled it with wine, candles and a piano. The cellar quickly became one of Phil's favorite rooms in the house to write, sing and hang out with friends. Phil then had the idea to film the interactions and invite friends along and just like that "Songs From the Cellar" was born. "Songs From the Cellar" launched on PBS midwest station WKAR in December 2018 and will be available for syndication to PBS stations nationally in the second quarter of 2019.
